Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the 21d website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and 21d reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
All information provided at registration—including your name, date of birth, and contact details—must be accurate and truthful. If an account is found to contain false information, 21d reserves the right to suspend or close it at any time.
Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed.
Account Security Responsibilities
It is solely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone, and you may not allow others to access your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 21d support team immediately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Exploiting technical glitches on the platform for unfair advantage
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 21d are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are only available through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. You may be required to provide a national ID or other relevant documents for verification.
- Minimum deposit amounts are subject to applicable rules.
- Withdrawal processing may take 24–72 hours.
- Specific conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 21d may request verification for any suspicious transactions.
Platform Usage Rules & Intellectual Property

The 21d platform is for personal entertainment only. Redistributing, modifying, or using any part of the platform—including games, design, code, or content—for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures or gain unauthorized access to the system may be a criminal offence.

All intellectual property on the 21d platform—including logos, trademarks, and content—is the exclusive property of 21d and may not be used without prior authorization.
21d is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party links found on the platform.
Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
Limitation of Liability
21d's liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform—such as financial loss, data loss, or service interruption—is limited. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party problems; 21d is not liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
21d may suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Providing false or incomplete information
- If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected
- Operating multiple accounts
- If the user is below the required age
If an account is closed, any legitimate funds remaining in the balance will be considered for return based on the circumstances.
Applicable Law, Changes to Terms & Contact
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
21d may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 21d regarding use of the 21d platform, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
